Steven Mignogna a Featured Speaker at National College of Probate Judges Fall Conference

Steven K. Mignogna, a Partner in the firm’s Haddonfield office, served as a featured speaker for the National College of Probate Judges, at its Fall Conference in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, on November 16, 2017. Mr. Mignogna lectured to the College on “Seven Deadly Claims” – novel claims in trust and estate litigation evolving around the country. The National College of Probate Judges is dedicated to improving probate law and probate courts. The major purposes of the College are to promote efficient, fair and just judicial administration in the probate courts; and to provide opportunities for continuing judicial education for probate judges and related personnel.

Mr. Mignogna focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with a concentration on probate matters, estates, fiduciaries, guardianships and real estate. He is Co-Chair of the firm’s Estates and Trusts Department and Chair of the Estate and Trust Litigation Group.

Mr. Mignogna has lectured and published extensively, both locally and nationally. He is principal author of the treatise, Estate and Trust Litigation, and editor and contributing author of The New Jersey Estate Planning Manual and The New Jersey Probate Procedures Book, all published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
