Steven Mignogna to be a Featured Speaker at ACTEC Mid-Atlantic Region Annual Meeting
Steven K. Mignogna, Co-Chair of Archer’s Estates and Trusts Department and Chair of the firm’s Estate and Trust Litigation Group, will serve as a featured speaker at the annual meeting of the Mid-Atlantic region of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), on April 8, 2022 in Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Mignogna will be a speaker for a seminar, “Trends and Predictions For Fiduciary Litigation.”
Steve is the New Jersey State Chair of ACTEC. Along with his serving as New Jersey State Chair and Chair of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee, he is active in ACTEC in several other areas, which include Professional Responsibility Committee, Program Committee, Joint Task Force of ACTEC and the National College of Probate Judges, and Advisory Committee to ACTEC’s Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute.
