Melissa Osorio Dibble Appointed Co-Chair of American Bar Association Committee

Archer partner, Melissa Osorio Dibble, was recently appointed Co-Chair of the Professional Responsibility Committee in the Litigation and Professional Responsibility Group of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law for the 2024-2025 bar year. A long-term active member of the Section, Melissa is also a member of the Leadership and Mentoring Committee. She recently served as Co-Chair of the Ethics and Malpractice Committee, as well as Co-Chair of the Probate & Fiduciary Litigation Committee in the Litigation, Ethics and Malpractice Group.

In her practice, Melissa handles all varieties of probate, general equity, and Orphans’ Court matters, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, trust modifications, and matters involving the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act. She has represented a variety of institutions and individuals, including banks, universities, executors, trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, and intestate heirs.

Melissa is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), as well as a member of ACTEC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity Committee. She is also past president of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey. Within the community, Melissa is a member of the Board of Trustees of Samaritan.
