Melissa Osorio Dibble Appointed to Samaritan Board of Trustees
Archer Partner, Melissa Osorio Dibble, was recently appointed to Samaritan’s Board of Trustees. Samaritan is one of New Jersey’s leading providers for hospice and palliative care. A member of Archer’s Estate & Trust Litigation Group, Melissa also serves on Samaritan’s Development Committee.
In her practice, Melissa handles all varieties of probate, general equity, and Orphans’ Court matters, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, trust modifications, and matters involving the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act and the Slayer Statute. She represents institutions and individuals, including banks, universities, executors, trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, and intestate heirs.
Melissa is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Active in the legal community, Melissa holds two leadership positions in the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law, and is a past president of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey. She regularly speaks on developments in estate and trust litigation and has published articles on the doctrine of writings intended as wills and the Uniform Trust Code.
