Steven K. Mignogna Spoke at Two Seminars at Upcoming NJBA Annual Convention
Steven K. Mignogna, a Shareholder in Archer & Greiner’s Haddonfield office, will be speaking on “Uniform Trust Code – The New Legislation and Your Practice” and “Fiduciary Litigation Update” at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting and Convention, being held May 18th-20th in Atlantic City, NJ.
The first seminar Mr. Mignogna is presenting is “Uniform Trust Code – The New Legislation and Your Practice.” New Jersey became the 31st state to enact into law the Uniform Trust Code. The law will go into effect July 17, 2016. This seminar will introduce the new Act, the rationale for key provisions, and changes that may occur on a national level. This Act is an important addition to the repertoire of tools available for attorneys to use to serve their clients. The seminar is being held on May 18th from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
In addition, Mr. Mignogna is speaking on Fiduciary Litigation Update. The seminar is being held May 19th from 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM at The Water Club at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
