Melissa Dibble and Steven Mignogna Participate in a Mock Trial Presented by The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
Melissa Osorio Dibble and Steven Mignogna recently attended the fall national meeting of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), held in Louisville, Kentucky. At the meeting, Steve and Melissa participated in the Mock Trial: “Father Knows Best or Parent Trapped? An Affluent Young Adult with Diminished Capacity Faces Guardianship.” Steve served as Moderator, and Melissa acted as the Petitioner’s Expert. The case was centered on assessing and adjudicating incapacity.
