Anthony La Ratta recently spoke at the NJICLE Seminar in cooperation with the NJSBA Equity Jurisprudence Committee on Wednesday, January 26th from 3:00 – 6:35.
This innovative program acquainted both new and seasoned practitioners who are not familiar with equity practice with the ins and outs of practicing in Chancery Court. It gave attendees an expanded appreciation for the types of cases heard by Chancery Division Judges, as well as effective strategies and techniques you can use to represent your clients in Chancery Court.
This was an unparalleled opportunity to hear directly from a panel of Chancery judges along with some of New Jersey’s leading practitioners. The panel provided guests with a wide variety of perspectives and strategies that can be put to work immediately in their practice.
