Matthew Nicodemo to Serve as a Panelist to the Essex County Early Settlement Panel for Probate Matters
Archer attorney, Matthew Nicodemo, was recently invited and approved as a panelist to the Essex County Early Settlement Panel for Probate matters. Panelists assist the court by mediating contested probate matters, including estate, trust, and guardianship cases. The panel is comprised of experienced estate, trust, and elder law attorneys who are specially selected by the Chancery Judges in Essex County, New Jersey based on reputation, quality of work, and experience.
Matthew is a member of the firm’s Estate & Trust Litigation, Estates & Trusts, and Business Litigation Groups. He represents clients in civil matters, with an emphasis in litigation involving will contests, disputes between fiduciaries and beneficiaries, guardianship matters, accountings, trust interpretation and reformation, and businesses.
Matthew also serves as President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Bergen County Bar Association (BCBA).
